In my view, lawyers have a social privilege and responsibilioty to hold this profession and it is very important that we also remain true to the values of that profession. That is why for many years I am engaged in pro-bono work projects (i.a. for which I received a distinction in Pro Bono Lawyer 2020 awards (main pro bono awards in Poland) as well as developing and leading internal LGBT+ network for EU region at major law firm, enhancing equality and safe space at work for the community working there. I am a member of the Consultancy Board at the Law Does Not Exclude Fund, together with such prominent personalities as the former Civil Rights Protection Officer (RPO) and former Constitutional Tribunal judge. I co-created the first in Poland LGBT+ group at the Warsaw bar association.

My transaction experience contains advising in, among others: acquisition of Warsaw Financial Centre (deal value approx EUR 210 mln), Eurocentrum Building complex (deal value approx EUR 105 mln), shares in co-ownership of Oxford Tower Building, Ideal Idea IV Park in Warsaw, 7R Park Tczew, 7R Park Wrocław, Charter Hall retail portfolio (deal value approx EUR 174,5 mln), Atrium 1 (deal value approx EUR 94 mln), Racławicka Point, Browar Lubicz premises in Cracow,  sale of Europolis logistics portfolio, Segro Logistic Park Gdańsk.

DRAFTING AND NEGOTIATIONG AGREEMENTS 

• drafting and negotiating development management and general construction agreements
• drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, including built to suit leases and projects
• drafting and negotiating property management, leasing management agreements

I have over 10 years of experience in real state law, working in international law firms in leading Real Estate practices, including Dentons and Allen & Overy.

HOW I WORK

After many years of experience running commercial transactions, I always try to focus on real problems and try to find solutions which are reasonable, properly secure my client and satisfy all parties involved. I am oriented in working towards achieving the end result and not in prolonging the process to prove a point.

PROJECTS CAPACITY

In case of bigger projects with tighter deadlines, there is a possibility of me cooperating with another specialist to accommodate project’s size and timing.
